Chris Seo is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the owner of Giant Realty. She received her real estate license in 1984 and has operated Giant Realty in Great Neck, Queens, and Manhattan since 1987. Chris has Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR), is a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), and continually increases her knowledge of real estate with every year.

Over three decades, Chris gained expert level knowledge of the real estate market and trained many real estate agents. She is a gifted negotiator who is extraordinarily dedicated to her clients and has a knack for bringing buyers and sellers together through use of her extensive network of relationships. Chris has helped close countless deals and sold hundreds of luxury homes on the North Shore Gold Coast, Queens, and Manhattan.

A happy resident of Lake Success in Great Neck for over 20 years, Chris is an avid golfer and gardener. She is an active member of the Lake Success Women’s Golf Association and a past President of the Korean American Realtor’s Association.
